  8. You must read the following agreement before using this software.
  9. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the
  10. software and destroy all the copies of it. For detailed information
  11. about uninstallation, see Setup.TXT.

  13. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  15. - About the unregisterd software:
  16.     The unregistered software may be freely tried out for a trial period
  17.     up to 30 days. To continue to use after this period, the user must
  18.     purchase the license.
  19.     The unregistered software may be freely copied and distributed so
  20.     long as any modification is not made in the archive package.
  21.  
  22. - The license of the registered software:
  23.     One license is granted to one 'user'. If the user have multiple
  24.     mail addresses or multiple personal computers, the user is permitted
  25.     to install and use multiple copies of this software for the user's
  26.     own use.
  27.     On the contrary, If the user have one personal computer and share a
  28.     installed copy of this software with other persons, each user have to
  29.     purchase a license.
  30.     Purchasing licenses does not mean purchasing the copyright of this
  31.     program.
  32.     Purchased licenses are not refundable in any way.

  34. - Registration pass code:
  35.     Registered user will obtain a pass code. The pass code is used to make
  36.     the shareware notice message box invisible, but the passcode itself
  37.     does not represent any license. Licenses are granted only when users
  38.     are received registration notice from RimArts, Inc. or from shareware
  39.     payment processing services which RimArts, Inc. contracted. Only the
  40.     registered users can use the pass code only for the licensed copies
  41.     of the software.
